Yahoo will not be prompted to enter your personal information in an e-mail as well. And the fact that three of them, makes it even more suspicious!
This is a trick to get your personal information and / or money.
Do not reply.
Reporting to the FTC at spam@uce.gov and abuse the sender's ISP.
Even if the e-mail seems to go through a bank or a company or organization to us the message to the real organization.

Sounds like a scam to me. I reported to Yahoo.
This is a quote from a file using Yahoo:

When you send an e-mail, supposedly from Yahoo! Who asks for your password or other private information, you probably received a phishing e-mail. These emails contain links which seems to go normally to a Yahoo! Site but in reality, thanks to a wrong or "wrong" side of Yahoo.

If you by any officer "," e-mail you received, you certainly do not click on any link in the e-mail. The best way to visit a site to write directly on the site in the address bar of your browser address.

A fraudulent e-mail report that our e-mail to phishing@cc.yahoo-inc.com.
