What is the Best Way to Store Fresh Lobster? - lobster boat plan
I'm on a ship for 9 days and are planning to live for a lobster fisherman on an island. We propose that lobsters in the trade. My question is, how food preparation and preservation of the lobster on the street. So we can just snap the tail, and freeze or cook, we have to stop before freezing. We did not cook a big pot, the whole lobster. We want to make about 25 of them.

Fresh lobster is quite well preserved in the ice, but not for long.
Your best bet is to go well prepared to accomplish this task easily.
